Tata’s October scheme runs from 1 to 31 October 2026. On select Nexon petrol manuals the ceiling is ₹75,000. Exchange and scrappage are a choice, not a pair.
Tata's October benefits run from 1 to 31 October 2026, and the Nexon headline is up to ₹75,000. That ceiling is not on every Nexon. It is on select petrol manuals: Smart+, Smart+S, Pure, Pure S, Pure+, Pure+ S and Pure+ PS.

On those variants the pieces are a ₹10,000 cash discount, a ₹45,000 intervention offer, and either a ₹15,000 exchange benefit or a ₹20,000 scrappage benefit. Exchange and scrappage are alternatives. Adding both is not how the ₹75,000 is built.
What do the other Nexons get?
Other petrol variants, except the Creative Camo petrol manual, are listed up to ₹55,000. The Nexon CNG is up to ₹60,000. The diesel is up to ₹20,000. The same month's Tata list also covers the Curvv, Altroz, Harrier, Safari, Sierra, Tiago and Tigor, with different ceilings. A banner that says "up to" is the top of a stack, not the amount on your quotation.
Ask the dealer to write the cash, the intervention and the exchange or scrappage on separate lines, and to say which line dies if you are not exchanging a car. The split is the one Autocar India published for October. If the comparison is a Honda instead, the Elevate price story is the other side of the festive yard.
